DisTort : I think US decline started already. I talked about it yesterday with my little brother.
Brian : 네, 아마 1960부터 그런데, 요즈음 쉽게 보여요. 조금 무서워요 ㅜㅜ
DisTort : but I don't understand the supporting rate for Bush cabinet, 70-80%. how cannot deny the war, whole country?
Brian : 그럼, 모든 나라는 신화 (神話)가 있어요. 아마 이 신화로 도 잘 이해 할 수 있어요
DisTort : worldwide police, cowboy legend, frontier...-_-
Brian : 신화 -> 미국이 가장 고결한 나라 이예요 -> world police
DisTort : even I know that...but I don't understand the status...even it's the reality
Brian : 지금, 그 신화들이 실패하고 있어요
DisTort : as the writer said, the other war will make weaken the US. justice is not at their side
Brian : the mythology of the US is failing. bush들이 가장 미친 기독교도 이예요. from the 1960's the mythology of the US started to fail. the american dream (become rich) moved away from most people. vietnam took the morality away (from the US people's view). the USSR's collapse took their enemy away.
DisTort : yes...they don't know how can they fight for
Brian : 네, 그래서 개혁하야 해요. 그런데, 유럽이 아주 잘 하고 생각해요. 유럽이 이미 개혁했어요. 지금 US을 방해해요. UN이 드디어 정직하져요. 아, UK과 호주는 쉽게 바뀔거에요. 지금은 US부터 편의를 받을 수 있어서 그러는거지요.
DisTort : Japanese will widraw their help from US? Japanese must know their friends are in far east
Brian : 네, 그런데, 중국이 강해지기 전에 미국쪽에 서있을거에요. 한국도 같이 할거라고 생각해요. 미국이 한국을 보호하지 않으면 더 빨리 바뀔거에요.
- until china becomes powerful, japan will stand with the US. but, if america doesn't protect korea, it will change more quickly
미국이 보호하지 않으면 아마 중국에 볼꺼에요
DisTort : in these days US army widrawal is issued. but I think the threat of china is not big
Brian : yes, I mean, if the US doesn't protect, I think they will look to china to protect them. so, if the US doesn't protect south korea, probably they will quickly lose all of se-asia. so, they have a tricky problem with north korea
호주가 무관계하고 UK은 EU와 완전하게 잊을꺼에요 그레서, 그 것을 걱정하지 않아요 호주는 생쥐같아요.
it's actions are not significant here australia has little power, it is far away maybe we affect indonesia and papua new guinea also malaysia, but we are 2nd or 3rd rate power korea also similar
DisTort : yes, I think australia and korea are similar powers
Brian : in the international game, we are small pieces
DisTort : small is beautiful
Brian : yes, but also small is also easily blown by the wind
DisTort : ...-_- but they do no harm to others
Brian : sometimes small harms
DisTort : right...^^
Brian : so, as the US declines it makes a big wind hopefully we don't get blown too far
but, I'm confident I think the UN has done a good job. I think europe, china and russia support it well
