LeeJeongYeol is most expected male folk singer after AnChiHwan. His clean voice colour made many fans before releasing his album.

He started his musical works with NoRaeMaEul in 92. He majored Swahili(a kind of African language), so he can play African percussions. He acted hero on the rock opera 'GaeDdongI' with YunDoHyeon. Finally he released hi first album On the Ground in 1997.

This album contains his clean voice and folk rock play of good session men with music diretor HamChunHo & JoDongIk.

Korean folk rock history is partly belong to the stream of the Left. They sung the social justice, happiness of normal life and hope the fair world. Lee JeongYeol is the legitimate son.
