Many compilation albums releasede in late 90s represents the Korean indie scene. This album is the indie band tribute to the Korean popular music. But the songs are not only rock music[which has historical meaning or importance] but just popular good songs.

And these covers are sometimes very mismatching. For example, metallic cover of dance song[Play:IndiePower1999Je2EuiGoHyang(Noizegarden).mp3 Je 2Eui GoHyang; The 2nd Hometown], hard core cover of ballad[Play:IndiePower1999JalMotDoinManNam(PiA).mp3 JalMotDoin ManNam; Wrong Joint], funky cover of ballad[Play:IndiePower1999MaBeobEuiSeong(DOG).mp3 MaBeobEui Seong; Magic Castle]. But not so disharmonic!

I think it's very good to dig some good old songs in the dirt. And it's also good to distort the patternized songs. The work shows the cappercity of indie bands.
