I don't know why people don't put the manufactured year any more on the cover. This album could have come out in 1997. Anyway, this four piece rock band is really a rock band. Very old style, that is, early 80s Korean rock style. KimHyeon (vocal), MunGeonSik (guitars), AnEunU (bass), and LeeDongUk (drums) are the members of this somewhat obscurely named band, FridaKahlo.

This 8 track CD is filled with old-style rock numbers. It's not just the music itself, but the way the instruments sounds, the way the recording and mixing was done, the vocal quality of the lead singer... They really sound "classic." Which, I have to admit, is really not my style. I'd prefer CheonJiIn, who has a similar background and roots, but sound much better.

Come to think of it, they seem to carry some "blues" elements in their music, which reminds me some of early 70s American rock'n roll scene.
