1 방법

• Dell Backup and Recovery 실행
• Recovery 클릭
• "System Recovery" --- [Yes, Continue]
• Factory Image 선택 --- [Restart]
• "Please select the System Backup carefully. Any Full System Backup newer than the one selected will be deleted. Do you want to continue?" --- [Yes]

(재부팅 진행)

• "Welcome!" --- (O) Proceed to system recovery --- [Next >]
• "Would you like to retian also some of your files?" --- (O) No, erase my personal files --- [Next >]

(공장 초기화 진행)

• "Recovery completed" --- [Restart]

(재부팅 진행)

• 이제 공장 출하 상태가 되었다...
