composer global require

새로운 패키지를 글로벌로 설치하는 composer 명령어
요청한 패키지 정보를 /home/사용자명/.composer 폴더의 composer.json 파일에 기록하고, 해당 패키지를 설치한후 composer.lock 파일에 기록함
