다음 오류가 발생했습니다. 서비스가 시작되지 않았습니다. (0x80070426)

→ Windows Time 서비스를 시작해야 한다.

C:\Users\zetawiki>net start w32time
Windows Time 서비스를 시작합니다..
Windows Time 서비스가 잘 시작되었습니다.

→ 이제 다시 동기화해보자.
