1 한국어

우리는 소프트웨어를 개발하고, 또 다른 사람의 개발도 도와주면서 소프트웨어 개발의 더 나은 방법을 전파한다. 이러한 작업을 통해 우리는 다음과 같은 가치에 도달하게 되었다:

• 프로세스와 도구를 넘어서는 개개인과 상호작용
• 종합적인 문서화를 넘어서는 작동하는 소프트웨어
• 계약과 협상을 넘어서는 고객 협업(참여)
• 계획 준수를 넘어서는 변화에 대응하기

왼쪽에 있는 것들도 가치가 있지만, 오른쪽에 있는 것들에 더 무게를 둔다.

2 영어

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:

• Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
• Working software over comprehensive documentation
• Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
• Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.
