오라클DB는 인스턴스와 리스너를 따로 시작하도록 되어 있다.^[1]

인스턴스 시작/중지

sqlplus를 시작하여 나오는 SQL> 프롬프트에서 인스턴스를 시작/중지할 수 있다

sqlplus '/as sysdba'

startup
shutdown

리스너 시작/중지

lsnrctl start
lsnrctl stop
