  • 감염의 결과로 생기는 질병
  • 병원체가 다른 생물체에 옮아 집단적으로 유행하는 병

2 구분

  • 전염성 감염증 (=전염병) - 유행성이 있는 감염증. 예: 장티푸스, 적리, 성홍열
  • 비전염성 감염증 - 전염하지 않고 단발하는 감염증. 예: 파상풍, 패형증
