두릅, 목말채, 모두채

1 두릅나무

  • 한국·일본·중국 등지에 분포하는 낙엽활엽 관목
  • 쌍떡잎식물 산형화목 두릅나무과의 낙엽활엽 관목
  • 높이: 3∼4m
  • 잎은 어긋나고 길이 40-100㎝
  • 엽축과 작은잎에 가시가 있음

 

2 두릅

  • 두릅나무에 달리는 새순
  • 독특한 향이 나는 산나물
  • 두릅회[1], 두릅적, 샐러드 등으로 먹음

 

 

3 주석

  1. ↑ 살짝 데쳐서 초고추장에 찍어 먹음
